2018 Direct Debit Update

DLSA Friends of Freinds (FOF) Terms and Conditions:

Friends of Friends (FOF) free lesson bonus available to the existing family (currently booked into a paying lesson) and the referred family (never previously booked into a DLSA program) subject to the following terms and conditions; 1. The referred family is booking into and pre-paying a minimum of 10 lessons within the current or next program. 2. FOF free lesson bonus is not available for referred families booking into Water Familiarisation classes. 3. The FOF free lesson bonus expires four weeks after it has been initiated. 4. The number of free lessons offered within the FOF free lesson bonus promotion is subject to change from time to time without notice. 5. FOF free lessons are not transferrable and are not redeemable for cash. 6. Existing family accumulated FOF free lessons will be credited to the existing account to be used as a credit on the account. 7. If not used, the existing family accumulated FOF free lessons will expire six months. 8. If the referred family cancels their booking before the minimum 10 paid lesson condition, any FOF free lessons for both the existing and referred family will revert to payable lessons at the standard lesson rate.
